Then injection mold processing plant in the choice of standard mold blanks need to pay attention to what problems?
First, the thickness of the mold embryo and injection molding machine closure distance for different types and specifications of the injection molding machine is not the same, not the same structural form of the clamping mechanism closure distance is also different.
Second, the injection mold opening stroke and the front and rear mold separation distance and ejector parts required stroke size relationship, in the design must be clear, the mold stroke should be greater than the front and rear mold separation distance required to take out the plastic parts, and ejector plastic parts required distance should be less than the injection molding machine ejector hydraulic cylinder rated mold stroke.
Third, the injection mold processing plant should pay attention to the following matters when installing the standard mold frame:
1)The external dimensions of the standard mold blank should not be affected by the spacing of the injection machine drawbar;
2)The positioning aperture diameter and positioning ring size need to match well;
3)Whether the position of the injection machine push-out mechanism and the travel of the ejector bar are appropriate;
4)Whether the nozzle aperture diameter and spherical radius match with the mold’s casting sleeve aperture diameter and spherical groove size;
5) The position and aperture of the mold embryo mounting holes should be matched with the corresponding screw holes on the moving template and fixed template of the injection molding machine.

When the injection mold processing plant selects the mold frame, it needs to understand the technical requirements of the plastic parts and its injection molding process, to guarantee the performance and reliability of the plastic parts and injection molds, and it needs to verify and calculate the mechanical properties of the mold embryo parts, especially the strength and stiffness of the mold embryo, to ensure that the dimensions of the front and rear molds and the support plate meet the needs of the mold structure.
